Surgery

Here I posted about what has been going on in my family this past week. I wasn't able to make the funeral since I live in Dallas, but I heard that it was beautiful and that my cousin, Patrick, did an amazing job of pointing it all back to Christ. I'm so thankful for the faith tht my family has. Otherwise, I'm not sure how they would get through this heartbreaking situation.
As I said in the earlier post, my Aunt Jean was driving the car when it wrecked. They released her from the hospital on Saturday night, but last night she was checked back in. It looks as though she has some broken bones of some kind in her ankle. I haven't gotten a lot of information except that she is having surgery this morning on her ankle. I have also heard that she is having some problems with one of her hands. Please keep her in your prayers this morning! I will post updates as I know them.
I am so thankful to serve a God who understands our pain and feels it with us. My God is a mighty God and I know He will bring my family through these trials.
